What to Expect in Your Treatment~

Each session is tailored to support your unique health goals. We’ll begin by discussing your history, progress, and any changes in your well-being. Using Traditional Chinese Medicine diagnostics, including tongue and pulse examination, I will assess your current state of balance. Based on your individual needs, I may incorporate one or more of the following modalities to best support your wellness goals.

  • Acupuncture involves the insertion of fine, sterile needles into specific points on the body to restore balance, relieve pain, and support overall well-being. Acupuncture promotes the free flow of Qi , enhances circulation, reduces inflammation, and stimulates the body's natural healing response. It is effective for a wide range of concerns, including stress, hormonal imbalances, digestive issues, pain relief, fertility, insomnia, emotional well-being, and so much more!

  • Chinese herbal medicine is a powerful complement to acupuncture, using customized formulas made from natural plant, mineral, and sometimes animal-based substances to target imbalances at their root. Herbal medicine can support the body's healing processes, regulate hormones, strengthen digestion, enhance immunity, and provide deep nourishment. Each formula is carefully tailored to your unique constitution and health concerns.

  • Cupping is a therapeutic technique that involves placing glass or silicone cups on the skin to create suction, which promotes circulation, releases muscle tension, and encourages detoxification. This therapy is excellent for pain relief, reducing inflammation, improving respiratory health, and enhancing overall relaxation. It works by drawing stagnant blood and toxins to the surface, helping the body clear out blockages and restore optimal function.

  • Gua Sha is a scraping technique that uses a smooth-edged tool to gently stimulate circulation, break up tension, and release stagnation in the muscles and fascia. This therapy is highly effective for relieving muscle pain, reducing inflammation, improving lymphatic drainage, and supporting skin health. It can be used on the body to relieve tightness or on the face to promote a natural, lifted glow.

  • Moxibustion (or "moxa") is a warming therapy that involves burning dried mugwort near acupuncture points to stimulate circulation, warm the body, and support healing. Moxa is especially beneficial for conditions related to cold and stagnation, such as menstrual pain, digestive disorders, and fatigue. It is commonly used in fertility and pregnancy care, particularly for breech presentation.

  • True healing extends beyond the treatment room. Through personalized dietary and lifestyle guidance, I help you create sustainable habits that support your health goals. Drawing on knowledge from TCM, this service offers insight into how food, movement, sleep, and stress management can influence your well-being. Whether you need nutritional support for digestion, hormonal balance, postpartum recovery, or general vitality, we provide practical recommendations tailored to your unique needs
